This piece was created on the eve of a new political path the USA was about to enter after the November 2016 presidential election. The lights are shaped to resemble a door but also an aesthetic nod to the mirrors that appear in the dressing rooms of entertainers. The piece consists of 250 handmade wax squirrels that are cast. They hover on the edge of going into the light, acting upon a nationalistically motivated group think.
