New York Times art review (Biblical Edition) is a fictitious art review made to visually mimic how an art gallery would present press when walking into an exhibition. The piece uses the biblical Abraham as though he is an artist and has invented a piece so powerful that it begs to be called by a different name. The piece bridges the conceptual similarities between art, political expression and institutionalized religion as being all cut from the same ideological pattern. Each one is different, but in essence they all have the power to coerce, infect and manipulate populations for good, bad and everything in between.
